so, i’m on this Cisco PA job right, and i was sitting in my corner today (on a chair mind you, where the scanner and office supply table is set up) playing on my computer (cuz there is nothing to do, so 5 hours out of every day is me killing time) and the producer walks by and says, “why are you sitting there, sit at a table like everyone else. why are you in the corner, the table is big enough, we’re never gonna make it down to the other end” (it was a big conference table). She said it kinda forcefully, and i thought, well, i like my corner, if i wanted to sit at the big table in the middle of the room i would, this corner is awesome. so in the boredom that ensued, my fellow PA and i made a sign, and decided to bless our little corner with it so the world could know just how awesome we thought our set up was…
this project was immediately followed by another bout of boredom, which prompted me to abuse the use of our copier by scanning a pair of scissors, for wall art, obviously (i was deterred from scanning my naked ass, as there were others present for my act of rebellion). and another highlight, we received a blue dot on our badges! this allows us to bypass the regular crew meals and eat the fancy food in the “executive chicken suite” (yes, they really call it that).
